How to order from LR

You cannot order on this site. Aloe Vera Shop is not a shop but an information site, and every order is placed in the official LR online shop for Great Britain. Here is how it works, step by step.

Buy on your own terms

Ordering LR products does not mean signing up to anything. There is no consultant to go through and no membership to take out: you can check out as a guest in the official LR shop. What we promise from our side:

• You buy exactly what you want. No starter pack, no bundle you did not ask for, no subscription and no monthly minimum.
• We will not ring, text or message you afterwards, and we will not add you to any group or selling page.
• You will never be asked to join our team. Becoming an LR partner is something you can choose for yourself if you ever want to, and we have a page about it: Become an LR partner.

Order confirmations and any other emails from LR are sent by LR itself, under the privacy policy of the LR shop.

Ordering in five steps

1. Find your product here. Read our articles and product pages, for example in the aloe vera drinking gels, supplements or skincare sections.
2. Click the button to the LR shop. On each product page there is a button that opens the same product in the official LR shop for Great Britain. It opens in a new tab.
3. Check the product and the price. The prices on our pages come from the LR shop and show the date we checked them. LR can change prices and promotions at any time, so the price in the LR shop at checkout is the one that counts.
4. Order as a guest or register. In the LR shop you can order as a guest, or register as a customer or as an LR partner. LR guides you through the order.
5. LR delivers and invoices. LR processes your order and sends you the products and the invoice.

Who you are buying from

Your contract of sale is made only between you and the LR Health & Beauty company that operates the LR online shop for Great Britain, under that shop’s terms. The seller’s name and details are given in the legal notice of the LR shop. We are not a party to that contract, we are not LR’s agent and we cannot accept orders, cancellations or complaints on LR’s behalf.

What LR takes care of

• payment and invoicing;
• delivery;
• cancellation, returns and faulty goods, under the LR shop terms;
• customer service for any question about your order.

Two small tips

Finish in the same browser tab

Ideally, complete your order in the tab that opened from our button. LR always assigns an order to the partner whose link was opened last, so if you open another partner’s link in between, that partner is credited instead. For you this makes no difference to the price.

Check the basket before you pay

Before you finish, look over the products, quantities and the final price in the LR basket. That is the price you pay.

If you have a question about payment, delivery, a return or a complaint, please contact LR customer service. We cannot see LR orders and cannot change them. For questions about the products themselves, you are always welcome to write to us.
