2. What the site offers
The site is a free information service about products of LR Health & Beauty. It contains articles, our own product pages and buttons that lead to the official LR online shop for Great Britain. Using the site does not require registration and costs nothing.
We do not sell anything on the site. We do not conclude contracts of sale with visitors, take payments or handle orders, delivery, guarantees, cancellations or returns. If you buy, your contract is made only between you and the LR Health & Beauty company that operates the LR shop for Great Britain, under that shop’s terms; the seller is named in the LR shop’s legal notice. We are independent LR partners, not LR’s agent, and we cannot make statements or agreements on LR’s behalf. How we are paid is explained on How this site is funded.
3. Information, not medical advice
Our content is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Health claims for food supplements are made only in the wording authorised on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register. Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
We take care to keep product facts and prices accurate and show the date of our last check, but LR can change products, prices and promotions at any time. The information and price in the LR shop at the time of your order are what count.
4. Links to other websites
The site links to the LR shop and to other websites, such as official sources. We have no control over the content of these websites and are not responsible for it. If we become aware that a linked page contains unlawful content, we will remove the link promptly.
5. Intellectual property
- LR, LR Health & Beauty and the names of LR products and product lines are trade marks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the products.
- Product images belong to LR Health & Beauty and are used with LR’s permission for its partners.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal use. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site in a way that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, or damages, overloads or interferes with the site or its security, for example through automated mass access or attempts to gain unauthorised access.

We are not responsible for products you buy from LR, or for LR’s performance of your contract; your rights in that respect are against the seller.
9. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about the site or our content, please email us and we will try to resolve it. As we do not sell to consumers, we do not take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings for consumer disputes. Complaints about an order should go to LR customer service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site from then on, and the date at the top shows the current version.
