What it does for you
- According to LR, it removes dead skin cells, impurities and excess sebum from pores and hair follicles.
- Your skin looks visibly smoother, fresher and younger afterwards, as LR states.
- It works without grains: ultrasound and a metal spatula glide over wet skin.
- You only need it twice a week, for no more than three minutes.
- It is an attachment for the ZEITGARD Pro device and replaces the brush on peeling days.
Why does skin look dull even when you cleanse every day?
Daily cleansing removes make-up and the day’s grime, but dead skin cells and sebum still build up in the pores, especially on the nose, chin and forehead. Over time the skin feels rough to the touch, pores look more visible and the face loses its fresh look. Many people reach for a grainy scrub, and many then find the grains too harsh or too messy.
The ZEITGARD Face Peeling Tool uses a different principle. It is a cavitation peeling attachment: a metal spatula that vibrates with ultrasound and glides over the well-moistened face. According to LR, this precisely removes dead skin cells, impurities and excess sebum from pores and hair follicles, so the skin then looks visibly smoother, fresher and younger. The claims are marked on the LR page and refer to a 2022 study by Dermatest GmbH with 20 participants over four weeks; LR gives no percentages.
On two days a week the peeling tool replaces the cleansing brush, and the rest of the Zeitgard routine stays the same.
