What goes into it?

The cleansing base includes MIPA-laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine, and the ingredient list also contains panthenol and fragrance.

How do you use it?

LR’s product page does not give separate directions. You use it as you would any shower wash: work a little into wet hair, beard, face and body, lather, and rinse thoroughly with water. Keep it away from your eyes.
